These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between FinTrade Sherpa Inc., operating Alpha Optimus ("Alpha Optimus", "we", "us", or "our") and the entity or person accessing or using the Alpha Optimus platform ("User", "you", or "your"). The "Effective Date" of this Agreement is the date you first access or use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1, or in the section where they are first used.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1 "Research Content"means all reports, analyses, predictions, data, and other informational materials provided through the Alpha Optimus platform, including but not limited to stock analysis, market predictions, and AI-generated research reports.

  • 1.2 "Services"means the Alpha Optimus AI-driven financial research platform, including all features, tools, reports, and related services provided by FinTrade Sherpa Inc.

  • 1.3 "Subscription"means your paid or free access to specific features and content within the Alpha Optimus platform according to your selected plan (Free, Basic, or Premium).

  • 1.4 "AI Assistant"means the artificial intelligence chat functionality that helps interpret and explain Research Content within the platform.

  • 1.5 "User Data"means any information you provide to us or that we collect about you in connection with your use of the Services.

2. Nature of Services - Research Publisher Only

CRITICAL: Alpha Optimus is a research publisher, NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, or broker-dealer.

  • 2.1 Research Purpose OnlyAll Research Content provided through our Services is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or any form of financial planning services.

  • 2.2 No Investment RecommendationsNothing in our Research Content should be construed as a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any security or investment. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility.

  • 2.3 Independent Decision MakingYou acknowledge that you will make all investment decisions independently and that you will not rely on Alpha Optimus for investment advice or recommendations.

  • 5.1 Subscription PlansWe offer Free, Basic ($99/month or $79/month annually), and Premium ($299/month or $249/month annually) subscription plans with different features and limitations.

  • 5.2 Billing and RenewalsPaid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

  • 5.3 Custom ReportsCustom reports are billed separately according to your subscription tier pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA OPTIMUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
